| QUALIFYING CRITERIA:: |
| I.Bidder Qualification Criteria: 1.Average Annual turnover during the last 3 years ending 31st March of the previous financial years should be at least Rs. 25.51 lakhs. Proof for the same to be provided along with the technical bid. 2.The bidder should have experience of carrying out hot insulation jobs in any Refinery / Fertilizer / Petrochemical / Continuous Process industries during last 3 years. 3.Experience of having successfully completed minimum one single order for hot insulation jobs during last 3 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tenders are invited should not be less than Rs. 21.25 Lacs. 4.Relevant documentary proofs like Profit and loss account, work order copies and completion certificates required for above points to be provided. 2.Bid Evaluation Criteria: 1.The bidder should accept in toto the Technical Specification & scope of work given in the tender document. 2.Technically accepted bids will be evaluated on commercially overall L-1 basis, i.e. lowest landed cost to MRPL. 3.MRPL reserves the right to go for reverse auction or may finalize the tender without reverse auction, if required. III. Rejection Criteria: 1.Non-compliance to any of BQC will lead to outright rejection of the bid without any further reference to the bidders. 2.Offers without EMD and Late bids will be summarily rejected. |
