Job Description:
ARC for Supply of CGL make LT Motor Spares as per tender Specification.

Criteria:

योग्‍यतापूर्व मानदंड / PQC (Pre-Qualification Criteria):

1. The Bidder should be a Manufacturer or an authorized Agent (authorized dealer/channel partner of the Manufacturer) of CGL make LT Motor Spares. If the bidder is not a manufacturer, he should submit valid authorization certificate duly issued by the Manufacturer.
2. The bidder should have executed at least one completed order for Supply of CGL make LT Motor Spares to any Industry/ Establishment of value not less than 9.48 lakhs in the previous 5 years period ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is floated. The bidder should submit copy of Purchase order & Copy of Invoices along with technical bid.
3. The bidder should not be under Holiday listing period by any Govt. Body / PSU during the period in which tender is invited. Bidder should submit an undertaking to this effect at the time of bidding.

     

Note:

1. In line with the Government policy, qualified Micro and Small Scale Enterprises (MSEs) will be given relaxation up to 15% on prior experience (for sl.no.2 above). (i.e Rs. 8.06 Lakhs).

1. Relaxation in Prior Experience for Start-ups is applicable for this tender.
