Mr Keerthi Prasad, Manager - Vigilance welcomed the gathering and spoke on the significance of Awareness on Vigilance and the purpose of the integrity pledge. The inauguration of the Selfie Stand was done by Mr Girish K Rao, GM (HR) and Mr Manel Annappa Nayak, Vice president WNES.

Other dignitaries present include Director Dr Molly Chaudhuri, Mr Nagar Narayan Shenoy, Mr Ganesh Bhat, members of Governing Body, Mr Praveen Pinto and other officers of MRPL. Faculty members, staff and students of MSNM Besant College were also present. The Kiosk and Selfie stand was in place for the students and staff until the evening.

The inauguration program was held in the Nethravathi auditorium. The program began with a prayer invoked by Meghana of I MBA. Mrs Usha Mogra, Assistant Professor welcomed the gathering and introduced the Chief Guest Mr Girish K Rao, and Guest of Honour Mr. Manel Annappa Nayak. Mr Girish lit the lamp inaugurating the program and spoke about the menace of corruption in society. The Guest of Honour, Mr ManelAnnappaNayak spoke on the level of corruption prevailing in all sectors. The Director spoke on how the youth should bring about a change in the society. Mr Suresh Shenoy, administered the Integrity pledge to all present. Ms.Anusha proposed the vote of thanks.
