‘It is the respect for individual which is fundamental for the growth of any Organization or Country’, said our Managing Director in his Republic Day speech. Republic Day Celebration was held in MRPL Employees Club on 26th January 2016.

CISF Contingent of MRPL performed a Ceremonial Salute to the National Tricolour. Employees, their dependents and DPS School children in large numbers were present during the occasion.

MD recalled the supreme sacrifices of our freedom fighters and also the efforts of our Constitution Draft Committee led by Dr BR Ambedkar in building Independent Democratic Country. Our Constitution has withstood various challenges over a period of time since it was adopted in 1950 and protected fundamental rights of our citizen. MRPL also faced many challenges for last 23 years but the employees and their families have put up hard work and faced all those challenges. MD expressed his happiness to announce the implementation of 11 policies in alignment with IOCL and said the officers and staff of MRPL will be benefitted due to this. He stressed on the need to mentor people to take the leadership positions and also about the transparency at work.
